Meet our directors
Marcella Ketchell
Marcella Ketchell is a proud member of the Kaanju clan in Cape York with connections to the Waanyi and Torres Strait Islander communities.
With extensive experience in community partnerships and capacity building, Marcella has dedicated her career to advocating for and supporting Indigenous communities across Far North Queensland and the Torres Strait Islands.
She brings a wealth of knowledge from roles with organizations like the Gur A Baradharaw Kod Torres Strait Sea and Land Council (GBK), RAATSICC (Regional Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Child Care) and QATSICPP.
Marcella holds a BA in Adult Education and Community Management, and is committed to advancing initiatives that foster holistic wellbeing and community resilience.


Travis Dodd
Travis Dodd, a proud Ngarrindjeri / Narrunga / Kaurna man, is a respected advocate and leader within the Indigenous community.
Travis is deeply involved in Indigenous community initiatives, serving as an ambassador for programs that promote education, empowerment, and cultural awareness among youth.
